Japanese Tragedy

Dear Parents and Students,
Our hearts and prayers go out to our Eastern neighbours in Japan. Yesterday in class we watched some footage and discussed the recent tragedy in Japan.
Our school will be holding a bake sale on Saturday during Parent Interviews. If you would like to donate any baked goods for our students to sell on Saturday that would be greatly appreciated. We will accept any goods on Friday.
Also, we highly encourage you to visit the bake sale and donate anything you can to this cause, as we will send the money over to assist with those who need it.
Many thanks.

Australia Dioramas
During our Social Studies unit (Geography: Focus Australia) students learned SO much about this continent, I'm so proud of them! They all orally explained lots of new concepts they had learned about the culture, food, weather, landforms, people, sports, music and animals. They created really great dipictions of their knowledge with these dioramas :)
Enjoy! Great job all!
